Richter, Miller & Finn, established in 1983, is a small private specialty law firm based in Washington, D.C. We engage in the practice of business related law covering a broad range of transactional matters, litigation in Federal and State courts throughout the United States and administrative practice before particular government agencies for business clients and other law firms based in the U.S. and elsewhere.

We first created this web site at RLAW.COM in 1994 to facilitate private communications with clients and other law firms with which we work on a regular basis. Shortly afterwards, we opened up part of the site to provide basic information about the law firm. The publicly accessible web pages now also include hyperlinks to sites with non-legal and legal reference materials which we find to be of particular interest.
